They interact through in person activities - executive dinner on a quarterly basis. Complimented by bespoke personalised sessions to drive engagement and act as regular touchpoints. -

Highly interactive themed discussions with your peers from large enterprise organisations. We have crafted the format to be focused on group interaction, allowing you to engage directly with your peers in free-flowing conversation focused on the key issues affecting your organisation, industry and wider society.
Starting with a drink reception & networking, before an introduction & scene setting on the evening theme and talking points. During the dinner you will be seated on tables of 6-8 within the wider group. Each individual table having their own discussions and unique take on the topics. At the end of the evening we have a group feedback session with a nominated individual or “Table Champion” giving feedback from their table, allowing for everyone to learn in an open floor forum for debate and key takeaways.

Our members are C-Level executive and senior leaders, from large enterprise . Those individuals who face the same sorts of challenges as they navigate ways to deliver value for their organisations.

At sign up you tell us what your areas of focus are, we then collate this information together with that from the other members along with our own expertise and form topics for the activities. We looks to put some out of the box thinking to keep it interesting.

Taking a smart match approach we link members together based off their share interests and priorities areas. We then craft custom session which can include working groups for collaborative approach to addressing a certain subject over time, one off round table sessions or expert master classes.

We have planned for quarterly executive dinners along with bespoke activities when there is demand.

We take recommendations for additional member, we have criteria which we act as guidelines - C-Level & in role at a large organisations. We will however consider any recommendations put forward based on value to the group.
